No! Unlike other platforms, Wapzio has a strict 0% markup policy. You pay exactly what Meta charges for the official WhatsApp Business API. Your only cost to us is your monthly platform subscription.
What is the 24-hour service window?
When a customer sends a message to your business, a 24-hour customer service window opens. During this time, you can send free-form Service messages to the customer without needing a pre-approved template. These replies are free until 30 September 2026; from 1 October 2026 Meta charges each one at the utility rate for that country. Utility templates sent inside the window are charged from the same date.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs. You only pay your Wapzio subscription and the official Meta per-message charges. Note that local taxes (like GST in India) may apply to your Meta wallet recharge.
How do I pay for the WhatsApp messages?
You will add funds directly to your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) wallet via the Meta Business Manager. Wapzio connects to your account, but you pay Meta directly for the messages.
